What Job roles are used in film.

The film producers,
  • decide which projects to produce, or creating programme ideas themselves
  • reading scripts
  • raising finance for projects
  • assessing what resources will be needed
  • planning the schedule
  • hiring all the necessary technical resources and support services
  • recruiting key production staff and crew
  • editing scripts
  • managing cash flow
  • making sure that the entire production stays on schedule and within budget.
The Directors
  • Visualise the script and turn it into a movie. 
  • They are in charge of all the creative scenes. 
Camera Operator
  • Choose suitable camera lenses
  • They must be creative
  • assembling, preparing and setting up equipment prior to filming
  • offering advice on how best to shoot a scene, explaining the visual impact created by particular shots
Sound Operator
  • assembling and operating the necessary equipment
  • recording sound onto digital audio tape or hard disk recorders
  • maintaining and repairing sound equipment.
